Girlfriend pissed at me. I don't give a ****

Guys here's what going on:

My GF who is pretty cool but sometimes can be a huge b1tch asked me to hang out with her dumbass friends tonight.

I said I had **** to do but she is sly and came to my room to see if I was there (I said I had to do important work) only to find me in my shorts watching the office

So I was like oh how was dinner. She just yelled "IT'S ONLY 8:00 JACKASS!!!! WE DIDNT LEAVE YET"

then stormed off. I went back to watching the office. Later she came online and talked to me about why I don't like hanging out w/her.

I simply said I don't like doing boring **** liek shopping w/your dumbass friends who I have no interest in getting to know. And basically this led to a potentially long ass discussion about how I don't care about people and she though I cared and all this bull**** that I fortunately cut short to a 10 min chat fest. 10 min too long...I know :\

Anyways, I've never really done this before because in high shcool I was also the go-to guy for listening to people's problems and ****, but I've had enough and although I know this was the right thing to do, it feels awfully weird. Lemme know what you think guys. WWJD? better yet, what would you have done?

shudda kept it to shopping that you hated, or whatever else they were doing. you've just cussed out all her friends which she wont thank you for. dating women is in reality more like dating a gaggle of them, but there is only one you get to take home. especially when they are younger and havent developed their set of personal boundaries etc.

they are really really social creatures so, the opinion of the group will matter to her. imagine now if she goes back and shares with them what you said with her mates. when you f-up next time, they will all be straight in there to remind her that you were never any good to start with and they dont know why she's with you. On the other hand, if you keep them sweet, be polite etc when some dude in the club tries to come onto your girl when you aint there, her mates will protect her.

So what i do, is always make a point of being nice when i see them. But like you, avoid the awful girly stuff they do. But i say its because it's girly stuff and no dudes are gona be around to keep it interesting. Not that her mates are a bunch of retards.....

I guess I was too brutal with this gal and her loser folks. I'll probably just laugh it off if I meet them and ruffle their hair...treat them like little kids/brats but not like scum of the earth. I can't stand those ditzy fukers but I will put up with them for those few minutes I may see them.

try to keep your cool, you gotta make things work. if she questions you why you dont like to shop with her, just tell her nicely its not her cup of tea, try not to give a reason, (like saying who you were before and how you used to listen to ppl's problem) keep it blunt, tell her its not your thing. you would rather do something else.
