Girlfriend ignoring me suddenly

the day b4 yesterday i was talking to my GF over the phone and we had a nice peaceful chat...somehow romantic too...and i told her im calling her the next day to c how was her exam...any i called her after the exam but she left me on the waiting and didnt answer...after that i called again there was no waiting but she didnt also answer so i sent her a message"i callled u to know how were ur exams...thanks for the waiting and not answering...have fun 2day " and till the end of the day she didnt send me any message or call...although i saw her online on msn messenger but i didnt start a convo and neither did she...she just forwaded one of those fun emails 2 me(nothing to mention..lol)...so playas what going in that girl's head and how can i deal with this situation.

Get on it and ask her about it, but don't make the mistake I did w/ my ex-gf and act worked up. Just mention it...let her know that you noticed it, and make sure you are in control.
