I would not break up with a girl simply because of this. Look at the big picture. In the past three months that you have been together, has she done anything to indicate an act of cheating? If you have, then you can assume she probably cheating. If not, I would advice you not to break up because of this. It certainly was a bad idea to move in with a girl after knowing her for only three months, but that is not the issue here. The issue is whether to break up with her or not because you "feel" she is cheating on you simply because she asked a guy to look at a guy.
Since you're apartment is still available in your name, you should move back in for a time being. This will help you in any decision process.

bottom line is you feel in too fast. you guys have only known each other for 3 months and your already living together? not good. personally me and my gf decided that we would never live together unless we were engaged or married, because we have seen wat happens to couples who just dive in like you did.
maybe you should take these guys and my advice and actually find a quality woman, and make sure she's worthy before you giving your all to her.
also keep in mind to minimize your own insecurity. are you sure she's cheating, or are your fears and insecurities telling you that? look at the big picture, if she doesnt have cheater written all over her face than she probably isnt. and if she wants to waste her team cheating than let her, she's only hurting herself. cheating's a huge time commitment. what she did at the club could've been out of spite because you dont trust her.
look at the big picture before making judgments.
