If she was going through so much as to request a break, then why is she blowing you up constantly? I mean geez. She wants to see you, but yet she has taken the title of boyfriend away. Imagine a good buddy telling you "sorry bro, but we can't be homies for a while. I have a lot going on." Would it make any sense if your buddy continued to come over and chill and do all the things you always did together? At some point you have to ask what the point of your demotion was.
