Reading some of the responses here, and theorizing, do any of you think that having a child with a girl gives you protection from other men encroaching on the girl you knocked up?

Lemmie just be clear, I'm not suggesting any of you go out with the intentions of getting a girl pregnant specifcally so you can keep her because pregnacy and parent hood are very important subjects that should not be taken lightly.

Still the question remains, would you feel more secure and able to rest on your laurals if your girlfriend was with child or already had a child of your own? I see alot of post/threads about guys trying to steal g/f's and going out with married women, but more often then not when children are involved most members here are very wary of pursuing a relationship of any kind with women who have children. Is this a boundary that many won't cross and prehaps would be an advatage should you attain such a mature level?

Has she even asked you about any of this, child support thingy? I'm guessing not and that you're just over-thinking. You don't talk about your feelings or plans. You just go there and do your thing, you bed her. And again and again. She will ask about "us" sooner or later, you say you just want to see where this is going and bed her till you pop.

No. I don't even know her. I just know what she looks like, that she has a 10m old kid who "means everything to her", that she wants to find a man to take care of her and her kid and blah blah. And that she comes on strong.

Honestly I would only be in this for a hot hookup every now and then. I would assume single mums need to get laid too, but given that so many people avoid them it must be hard.

I said I'd have time next weekend and I got a number, so I have about a week and a half to sort this out and decide for sure.

It's alot of responsibility taking on a kid and that's EXACTLY what you will be doing if and when you get involved, some people on here will disagree which is fine, but take it from a person who knows mate!
