Situation: She's at a field watching a game with her family or something..and you happend to be heading over to play some basketball with a friend

I call her on the phone and say:

"Hey, are you still at the field"
her-"yeahh...why"
me-"I'm here now too, playing some ball...i didn't see you at the first field"
her-"yeah i'm over at the furthest feild"
me-yeah well, if you walk over you'll see me
her--maybe ill walk over, if your lucky
me-yeah well you'll be lucky if you see me

What would you have said? hmm..hah

She will probably reply with "oh is it hey?" or something along those lines, and that’s where u say something like "I'll see you in ten minutes, don’t keep me waiting"

This way u come out being in control, you are letting her know that SHE is the lucky one to be in YOUR company, and that YOU make the rules, NOT her.
