I've peed on a woman who asked me too. Didnt do anything for me but she seemed to enjoy it. Some women like to be humiliated and this is one relatively painless way to do it.
There are people that are into that stuff. It doesn't really surprise me - what's more surprising is that she told you about it. Pretty much anything that's physically possible to do, someone has done it.
