Holy **** man, 2 things
1) NO homo but you are JACKEDDD, what's your workout routine for the adonis belt / v-cut below your abs, I want to work on that ****
2) You should make a thread talking about your experiences lol
haha thanx man, and don't worry, I dont look like that anymore haha...
Doing my first bodybuilding show next year, so I'm currently bulking up. I'm done dancing... I figure 3.5 years was long enough. Have a "real" job now anyways.
I'm about 20 lbs heavier than in those pics and probably carrying 4-5% more bodyfat (5'8" - 188 at 12.3% when I last checked). I was on a small amount of anabolics for those pics... just enough to help me stay lean. Also, its all about diet... working out is actually a pretty small part of the whole equation. During my stripping years my diet much consisted of protein (meat/MRP/shakes) and fruit w/ some veges thrown in. Very small amounts of dairy and carbs. Worked out heavy w/ little or no cardio... Shows and sex made up all the cardio that I needed!
If you want the V-cut focus on really cleaning up your diet, and eating lotsa protein and natural source carbs. Really focus on training your lower abs and do a fair bit of high intensity interval cardio.
As for your second point... ah, there's been so many stories... issue is, I was high for most of em so I forgot lots of the funny ones. In the end though, as an "independent contractor" as I was for most of my career, I gave people a great product at a good price... so you had to be professional. Me and a lot of the guys lament that we didn't keep a written account of all the funny shiite that's happened over the years.
This board is too concerned about "game" etc, and not enough about improving one's self. Do you honestly think you need all those crazy techniques when you're jacked and have a fun personality? Minimal game and some social/sexual awareness will get you pretty much any girl you want... sometimes more than one at a time. I tried to start threads about "issues" that I had during my early years as a dancer... but none one really took em seriously as you can see here:

I personally think the main DJ discussion forum is a complete joke... I'll post once in a while if something catches my eye, but I stick to the mature man and health and fitness forum.
Apologize to the original poster for thread hi-jack...
