Pretty much what everyone else said... Everyone has different tastes, standards, and preferences. Just the way it is. You can be attractive, and people can appreciate that... But it doesn't mean they're into you. I see a lot of good-looking black people, but I'm not personally attracted to them. But there are some stunners who would be the exception.
It's no big deal. I'm Iranian / Persian, but have no problems getting women. Where I used to live was mostly white people, and there were no difficulties getting dates and finding interest. Most of them did not care about race at all. Some were even intrigued by it.
I think it has to do more with everything else - instead of just race. Just like the height issue. Or being nice. I'm short, nice, and middle eastern... Come on now. That should be the kiss of death trio - if you believed what people say - but not at all. Though, if I wasn't physically attractive in the eyes of women, it would probably be a much different story.
That's why I always say: looks matter more than people think, and women would like you to believe. They just don't want to be perceived as shallow. Much like how they don't want to be perceived as sluts when they're whoring around. If you were a gorgeous Indian, do you think they'd care? Probably not. It's always if someone is crazy about you, or just not that into you. When someone's NOT crazy about you - they nitpick, don't allow as much, look for excuses to not date, etc. Otherwise they don't care.
