VERY LONG story short:

-girl from my school initiated contact with me
-showed a ****load of IOIs
-i didn't act on them because i was a ***** back then
-she ignored me for about 6 months after that
-6 months later, i was sitting by myself and she sits next to me and acts like she never ignored me, in other words, acted like she used to when she first met me.

what caused her to act like this again? what should i do? is it possible for her to like me even after i didnt respond to all of her IOIs from 6 months ago and she ignored me after that?

Next time she shows interest show a little back, but don't get all swept away right away. Keep doing what your doing, but be more responsive when she initiates contact. sorry for getting a little angry but that's the only way you'll learn brother, nothing personal. You really need to stop analyzing women like if they are some sort of engineering problem. In the game with women you have to unleash the weapons and those weapons are asking for their # or asking them out. Either of those 2 will answer all your questions.

Keep doing what you're doing meaning keep ignoring her, don't initiate contact, let her do all the initiating. And listen buddy, just because she came up and talked to you after 6 months doesn't mean she is "interested" in you romantically, she could have just been being friendly. You need to calm down, or sadly you're setting yourself up for a horrible case of oneitis. Who cares why she talked to you again, all you know is that she did. You need to relax and get your head straight. If that means not getting too excited over this one incident, then sure. Either way, you're zeroing in on this one incident and creating some sort of cold-case for it... when really this doesn't matter. Chill and smell the roses, and take charge once your head is in the place you want it to be.

this is great and all but i already know this. the problem is i don't have that much experience with girls so i need examples of the type of things i should be doing

Asking too many questions man, I know you're inexperienced, we've all been there. But you have to really get out there and actually MAKE A MOVE to figure out what to do, if you fail then who cares? its a part of life, we all fail sometimes, and its a good learning experience. You can't just keeping asking people for answers to all of your questions and for every single step-by-step word-for-word instructions, that also demonstrates low self-esteem and incompetence, which is bad, you need to be a competent person and a confident (vague term, I know) person to attract women.

Also, why does it matter why she is interested in you again? Just go for it, I don't give a **** why girls like me, as long as they do and I can capitalize on that interest. Don't be afraid to make a move. You said in your post that you didn't make a move back then because you were a "*****" back then (I can't see exactly what word you wrote), well are you still one? Or have you changed and are you now willing to make a move? Its up to you.

i am willing to make a move. like i said, im inexperienced so i don't know what the hell making a move is. is it touching? is it telling her i like her? is it talking to her more? what is it?

We are NOT going to play the voice in your head. You need to do some edumacation and some reading if you honestly don't know what "making a move" is. Take some initiative and stop being 100% dependent.
There's asking for help, and then asking for help when the type of help you need is posted everywhere already.
As lame as case-by-case advice giving is, this isn't even that. Your case is simply "im new", so you know what? Read the DJ bible, or some other crap. Even "wikihow" ffs, just have some initiative.

The advice you need is already here. Search for it and read it. You can do a lot of simple "tricks" (most you'll learn with basic social awareness and common sense) and so forth. Also, PUAs can help you get this girl, but temporarily, and you'll be back here for every girl you want to win over. Is that what you want?
