So a while ago I was hanging out with some friends out of town at a party. Met a cute girl there and had a decent conversation with her.

I went for a walk with her and was planning on trying to hook up. Kino'd a bit but I could tell she wasn't really having it. She told me she had a boyfriend, but I just changed the topic and we carried on our conversation. This girl wound up giving me her number.

I sent her a text a few days later just saying hello and she never responded to it, so I figured "what the hell, she has a boyfriend I don't really care" deleted the number and kind of forgot about her.

So now it's about 2 months later and she just sends me a a text
"Hey it's ____, how are you doing?"

Anyone ever have anything good come out of this situation?

Maybe she just broke up with her BF and is aiming to pick things up where they left off.

Like the others said, act indifferent and shell see that you have other things going on in your life. Make her work for your attention.

Well the first girl I learned just broke up with her BF and is probably just looking for some rebound action. I'm cool with that.

The second girl I'm not too sure.. She seemed like she was falling in love with me when we were together a few months ago, then one day she just out of nowhere started ignoring me and she blew off plans etc.. Then I got drunk one night and sent her a pretty AFC text. Something along the lines of "You can't just call me up whenever you feel like it, I'm not one of those guys" and **** like that.

If either of them want anything more than action, they're barking up the wrong tree lol. I guess I can give them attention.. But a free meal, clothes, money or anything else is out of the question. I'm a broke dude trying to get through college! haha
