just from peoples experience here,

what's your read on someone who is constantly posting things on her stories, but then 1hr or even earlier deleting them? she said she's an over thinker but I just wonder what that behavior indicates.. someone who is very insecure about what they present to world?

Do yourself a favor and delete social media.

Thank me later.

Then you won't be flooding your mind with pointless things like this to have it focus on which will free it up to do a lot of stuff it just don't right now since it's bombarded by nonsense constantly.

I knew a girl that did this. When she kept deleting her stories she was 23 so she was young. She ended up going to a psychologist or claiming she had depression. She even kept doing it after she got breast implants.

She is 25 now and she doesn’t do it anymore. However, she changes and rearranges her stories highlights on her Instagram. @holidayad_ is probably right why they do it.

Please avoid thinking that they are doing this to get your attention; it is not. Well, maybe someone else’s but it is not a rabbit hole you want to dive into.

Why are you studying female social media behaviour? I'd say her persistent behaviour shows deep insecurity, but how does that help you unless you have the acumen to capitalise on her insecurities?

One of the best decisions I ever made was to delete social media.

People think they "need it". They don't. It's more akin to a slow spreading cancer that ends up killing you over 10 years than anything helpful.

Social media shouldn't be used as intended, because that makes it anti-social media.

I deleted my Instagram about two years ago, and I couldn't be happier. I’m avoiding constant thirst traps and focusing on living my life without comparing myself to others. Ultimately, it often feels like a d!ck measuring competition to see who’s doing better.

I don’t have any issues with Facebook, though. I’m part of some groups there, but it can feel like a money pit. Reflecting on it now, it seems less focused on women and more on materialism, in which in itself is a problem.
