been hooking up with this girl for a few months literally EVERY single time we see eachother, but the other day i went to her house and stayed the night like usual and she turned me down for sex for the very first time.

I think you hit the nail on the head. She's been giving you the goods free of commitment for a few months but now she's craving commitment. Happens ALL THE TIME.

As far as what you should do it depends on what you want from this girl. If you are just looking to hook up you should tell her that expressly. Either she's down and the fun continues or she's not and you walk away, no hard feelings. If you see potential in her for a LTR then pursue that avenue.

It's really a matter of personal choice, I choose not to lie. I'd rather lay it out there, nothing wrong with wanting to hook up casually. IMO, and it's just my opinion, if my game is tight I don't need to lie to get what I want. Plus I'm a true believer in karma, I don't like to purposefully put out bad juju. 1A) It's usually that she wants a relationship

1B) It could be that there's another guy in the picture and she wants you to commit to her.

I think you should have left after she said no sex because staying suggests that you are OK with that decision. She said she was tired and wasn't feeling good. If she is getting sick why risk your health? Leaving could have worked as a freeze out, but in the worst case you're reinforcing that concept that it is only a FWB arrangement
