theres this one girl i always see at lunch and in the halls and im in track and shes in girls track who is amazingly hot. we always see each other and know each other by face but shes a soph and im a senior. how should i go up to her and get her number without her thinking im a weirdo? cause we have no freinds in common

Hah, I dunno but to me that would be the obvious one. Find out whatever event she does and talk to her about it. I dunno just say something like, "Hey that was a nice jump" "Hi i'm so and so" . Or whatever comes out of your mouth, I'm not really a linguist.

If you can't think of anything else to say at that point, bail out by saying you're late for class, but you'll catch her at practice.
It's not that hard, man. If you consider that in 4 years, you won't remember anyone from highschool and they won't remember you, I can't see what's holding you back.

u could wait untill u have a meet. and then before she is about to race/jump/throw u could walk by her somewhere and just say good luck. or after she is done with one of her events u could say good job and give her a high five or a slap on the shoulder. If u do this one or two times and then go up and talk to her at practice it would make the situation seem a lot less awkward.

Well, i've in this situation before (somewhat, it was tennis instead of track) It's easy, just walk up to her and talk to her about how she ran/will run. Talk to her about school. Hel! theirs an endless amount of things you could talk about. Use your wit, and that pile of slush we like to call a brain, you'll figure something out.
