Girl has boyfriend, I want her.

I've never had a girlfriend. 18, turning 19 next tuesday, and I have never had a girlfriend. However, let's not mistake this for not having game. I've taken massive steps this past year(Not even making out with a girl until I just turned 18 and having made out with 9 girls, oral by 3, and even f-closed 1 in the past year, so my game has drastically improved. I face a difficult situation though.

I've known this girl for about a few months. She has always been attracted to me from what I knew. I knew she's had a boyfriend the past year or two on and off. However, on two separate dates we've had(college interferes the time I have to hang out with her), we've made out. I can tell she has lost attraction to her boyfriend because she sighs everytime she's on the phone with him. Plus, the guy texted her a good 10-15 times during our date when she was out to check on her.

I've come to a conclusion that A) She's into me and B) She's into me way more than her boyfriend.

I've never been in a relationship, but she's probably one I'd be interested in pursuing one with. So how should I go about this process? I plan on seeing her next friday as I come back from college for SB that day. Do I just bring it up? Should I let her bring it up? This a topic where I don't know what the DJ thing to do would be. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of single girls who have cheated on boyfriends because they turn AFC and insecure once they get deep into a relationship, then they just break up with the guy.

I'm also pretty sure that some of the girls ya'll have done have sucked on some dudes **** before lol.
