I quit my job a month ago.

There was a real hot babe who was into me. I was one of the only guys there because it was a fashion company. To make a long story short I never got her # or talked to her much just flirted. It's been over a month since I quit.
I was thinking about calling the office and connecting to her and asking her out.
The only problem is that they announce the calls if they are to someone in the company, for instance they would say "julia pick up 7000". So I am
not sure because I can't get her direct #.
Would it be weird in general to call her after I quit and never stepped to her about this when I worked there?
I knew her about 3 months but it was WORK so I didn't try to hook up because we saw each other everyday.

You had your chance to ask her out. What your doing shows no confidence in your part. She'll be thinking, 'why did he wait 3 months to ask me out. Is he that much of a loser that he doesnt have the balls to ask me out "

Now that might be a little harsh, but unless she's had a huge crush on you for a while, I dont think its worth it. Your best bet is to game women right then and there, boom, 3 second rule. It displays confidence, and shows her you go after what you want. An alpha characteristic. You're definitely displaying AFC. Thats not the type of guy she's going to be interested in.

You could always stop by the company again, find her, strike up some conversation, 'catch up' and then get the number. It's a better idea than calling, still a little 'off' to me after a month though.

Looks like you have two options:

1) Do nothing and get nothing.
2) Call her and see what happens.

What have you got to lose? If she thinks you're a loser for calling her, so what? You're not going to see her ever again.

No guts no glory. If you can't come up with a creative way to make an attemt on her then just give it up.

I was in a similar situation and I went ahead and called the girl (i got her # from the company directory) and it worked out quite well... hahaha, that chick was a freak!(in a good way!)
