or if she says do you like her as a g/f.. What should you say..

on the side note, i find that if you dont know how answer certain question, just answer it with another question.

in your case as her back if she think think the other girl is hot or if she want her as her girlfriend. its always fun to joke about her being lesbian.

if she ask you how many girlfriends have you had, you can ask her if she want you to call them up for orgy. etc

firstly, do not take the advice of the first two posters - unless you don't want to see this chick again.

Just say that to determine whether i like a person or whether i think a girl is 'hot' i have to get to know their total being as a person and not just the outside of their shell -- she'll love you for saying this and might give you a big kiss right then and there!

This will add mystery to your persona and it will show her that you are not easily impressed and that she would have to prove herself to you.

Never tell a woman someone looks better than them -- just say that they have enough beauty to hold their own independent of others.

Here's a crutch to pick yourself up from:
She: Do you think she's hot?
You: Well, you know me and women like that [continue as you like]

You can ever so slightly change the subject from 'hot' just to beat around the bush. You can always come back to it later.

"You: If she's hot, i must be sour. I'd rather not be sour. I'm bittersweet. So i guess that makes her just spicy."

Finally, if at a loss, the least you can do is tell the truth.

Exactly. I recommend that you listen to the maturer, more experienced DJ here. Don't ever tell a girl, especially a decent girl with common sense, that you judge women mostly by their looks. In other words, don't tell her, "Even though your friend picks her nose, chews with her mouth wide open, and swears alot, she has big tits so I think she's hot," --which is how I assume many men think.

Tell her your my friend if all your friends look like that.
