Girl and kinda bf

I know its been done to death, and for this I appologise, but...
girl works in gym, bit of light flirting (I'm just making chit chat, not trying).
Asked her out before christmas, put me off till next day, but I'm off, then shes off for 2 weeks, so saw monday gone, chit chat and shes gone (I may have led her to leaving early from talking to her before, and I stayed behind...I think she came in to see if I was gonna follow her..which i didn't, this has happened before with her...i'm slow and naive, mostly slow).
Asked her out via txt today (I know, txt's, leave it be for now), and it comes down to she has a bf, but "likes being tempted by me and wants me to lead her astray". I've basically played the honour card whereby I don't want to break someones relationship up, cause I've sort of had that in a short term "relationship" and I don't really like the idea of someone else going through it.
We've sort of agreed to let things be and let her chill and see what happens, but what do you experienced guys think.
On one hand I find her REALLY attractive (shes a 8-9/10 on my scale, shes funny AND intelligant), but on the other I don't want to break someone up and put them through that, plus as people know if shes willing to do that to him, why not me later down the road.
If I didn't care about my emotional state (ie the risk of getting burned) i'd just go for it, but I'm in the final year of uni and other things are starting to come together, so i don't know.

All hot girls have "Boyfriends". Look, they can't tell you that they are single. Why? Because it means that there is something "wrong" with them.

What you have to realise is that women HATE to be the aggressor in a relationship. They HATE making the first move. The most they are going to do is put themselves in a situation where YOU can make the first move.

I don't want to break someone up and put them through that, plus as people know if shes willing to do that to him, why not me later down the road.

Look, if she is giving you the signal like you said, you should do it. Because if you don't do it, someone else will and you will lose out. The fact that she is giving you that signal means that she is already OVER her "boyfriend". He has already LOST.

She is waiting for someone else to come in before she leaves him. She cannot be alone. Why? Because it would mean that there is "something wrong" with her.

Sure she might do this to you down the track. But in my opinion, it is better to have spent intimate time with her for six months, and then have her leave you, then not to have spent time with her AT ALL.

Why are you so concerned with her doing the same to you sometime down the road?

Why not just get laid for awhile and keep her on the burners while you're out meeting/fvcking other chicks?

I was kinda thinking, that if she said she didn't have a bf, there must be something wrong with her, after all, she is HOT.
So far the consensus (which I saw coming) is I sweep her off her feet...that and before someone else says it i'm a pvssy for not getting in there already.
