it means you choose to become as natural as possible, you take an interest in someone else and you are okay with errors and awkward silences in conversations. In other words you are in a relaxed state and stop pressurising yourself. We are humans and are meant to just talk to one another like we do to anyone we already know(with some care for the other persons feelings/emotional state of course)
