Yeah guys, you DO need protein when you wake up. When I ran out of whey to take in the morning, it was okay for a couple of days, I didnt notice any change, but BAM! On the third day I woke up skinny.
Haha that was pretty fvcking funny

Someone mentioned dont get creatine earlier but i would highly recommend it, you can usually find some low priced creatine and it really helps for bulking.

If this is still about the protein on waking then I don't want to listen to sites or studies. Of the few credible sites I do go to, they agree with me or I with them, however you might look at it.

So far I've gone with whey on waking AND with a slower protein quite sometime after waking up (as long as a couple of hours or even more) and I haven't noticed a blind bit of difference.

I'm not saying it's not beneficial but hardly something to be anal about. If we woke up severely catabolised after a few hours' sleep then I reckon we should have become extinct a long time ago.

Basically all i'm saying is that it prevents catabolism, i'm not saying if you don't have whey as soon as you wake up that you will lose all your gains.

Of course creatine helps for bulking! It fills up your muscles with water!

That's given me an idea y'know .. amino-enriched toothpaste. No need to gulp down all that casein prebed anymore!
