GF's mother hates me

Maybe it's not exactly hate but my GF had an argument with her mother over me. Her mother said i was a "gangster/bad boy/ bad influence" she ask why she only sees me in the streets and why im in the block at 12 pm etc etc. Her mother dosen't know me, but even told my GF's father about me. Who happens to be an ex-con. Now i have to meet her even though she has her doubts about me. opnions? THoughts? experiences? Any advise welcomed.

it's hard making a good impression when she already thinks im a criminal.
Since she already thinks the worse, she would wonder how i can buy those expensive clothes im wearing to see her. I can't have her home at a resonable hour if she dosen't let her see me at all. The father is not a factor because he lives in a different place. When i do see him, that deverses a separate thread. kissing ass is not my style.
