Long story short:

Gf has been disrespecting me for a couple weeks now.
Tried to talk to her but no change - she's not being polite but always seems to be angry.
Today I called her out on her disrespect and she gave me the silent treatment.
I shouted at her to give me a response and she went nuts saying she gave me an answer(but she was quiet ??)
She then said she wanted to leave.
I said Ive seen and heard this before but you come back.
She said no not this time.
So I sAid ok give me my promise ring and she did.
I threw it out of the window And she went even more nuts.

She then said she's leaving and proceeded to get her items.
I got her bag and threw it near the door.
She then punched me repeatedly till I had to grab her and pin her down to prevent further attack.
She then left and got a taxi home.

Anybody come across a girl so psycho?
What to do next because in 1 week + she'll be calling to get back with me.

This should have been the end. If she gives you the silent treatment, leave her to be silent. Go do something else.

Instead of pinning her down, you should have called the police.
