GF of 2 years goes to Halloween party w/o mentioning/inviting me; sign of trouble?

As another poster said, you should not be home on Halloween. She should not be ditching you, but you should be out enjoying life. In fact from this point on make it a habit to go out places and meet people. If she doesn't want to come along with you or makes excuses to stay in, i'd say start looking around

Is this a pattern of behavior that you're seeing, or a one-time thing? Are you already really tight inside THIS social circle? Do her friends like you a lot?

It's entirely possible that she just wanted a night with the girls, and hell maybe even a night to flirt with other guys to remind herself how sexy she is.

If it becomes a pattern, then I'd personally get worried. Are you really in the dark about what kind of person she is at this point after two years that you don't know why this is happening?

Ok guys sort of forgot about this thread but remembered today and came back to see a fun read.

Anywho, she told me that the party was with 4 other girls at her friends house where they wore costumes and drank. So had no worries there.

I see now on Facebook she is planning to go partying this weekend with her friend again (she basically wrote on her wall saying how she had such a tough week of school that she needs to get drunk). Her friend wrote back that she's going to a party and will text my GF when they're ready to go. If she doesn't tell me about it/goes without mentioning it to me then she's getting kicked to the curb.

This friend of hers we went to highschool with. This friend, my GF, and myself all live in the same city. I don't believe her friend likes me the best.

It's odd because A) she hardly ever drinks/parties. She's not a chronic partier but she likes to get drunk maybe 1-3 times a month. B) maybe it's because of this dynamic with her friend that leads me to not being invited as i don't go with that social circle but I'm used to her inviting/bringing these things up to me.

Regardless I believe it's good to dump a girl once and a while to make her remember not to get complacent.

And Finally as to why I didn't go out on Halloween, I recently moved into this current city to train MMA. I've been here about 3-4 weeks and I don't quite know anyone yet.

Sure, because women never lie.

If you only just moved to this city and don't know many people, and your GF does, she should never let you be by yourself on Halloween, even if she weren't cheating on you. That's more than enough to get her dumped.

Yeah, it sucks because so often you guys are right about this **** and yet I want to keep believing I'm not affected by it. I just wish a broad would tell you she's no longer interested, etc. instead of trying to find new **** before losing full interest.

The thing about this forum is often I'm given the worst news. Never am I told not to worry, it just seems like everything is geared towards women are up to no good. I forgot to mention that she called/texted me to which I didn't reply after her first party that she wanted me to pick her up and do anal on her. Lol.

Brother you got it all wrong. It is not about letting a woman telling you she is no longer interested. All these guys have in common is that they let their girlfriends disrespect them, treat them bad and keep hanging around their gfs knowing their a$$ is going to get dumped sooner or later. This is what happens when you have an equal relationship rather than you being the dominant male that you are supposed to be. If you let a woman dominate a relationship you better believe she will dump your a$$ and find herself a real man.

Women want dominant males not wimps that let themselves get disrespected.

Just been through almost the same thing. Check my thread for what I did. Not saying it was the right thing, not saying it will work for you, but its another idea. Remember, even after all the advice you get it is essentially you who must decide what to do.

I suggest make her miss you; get scarce for a while. Go back to being the person that first attracted her to you, most people get lazy that far into a relationship. All this of course only IF you want to try to get it going again, otherwise yeah just move on.
