gf and I got into fight and she started attacking me and clawing me and ripping my clothes.. I told her to get out of my house and she wouldnt and kept attacking me... i called thte cops only to get her out of my house... I told the cops i DO NOT want to press charges , i just want her out of my house. but they still took pics of my cuts and they gave her a court date for assault and took her to jail !

If I told them not to press charges is she gonna get in trouble?? Im in the US.

In most places (U.S.) I *think* charges are automatic in domestic disturbances. This is to protect abused spoused who are to scared to press charges.

But who knows, I'm not a lawyer.

If you guys reside or ever resided together, they would have to make an arrest under the family violence law. In Georgia that is how it works and I am sure most states have similar laws. Even though you didn't want to press charges, the state will! A lot of people do not realize women can get just as violent or even more so than a man. Dude, I would really consider if this is somebody you want in your life. Sorry you are going through it and best of luck to you.

yeah we've been residing but its all hearsay... shes not on my mortgage or any papers prove we have been living together....Why did I let her live with me for free? It must have been those 3 *******s a day and she swallowed. No ****. I could demand a BJ and she would do it LOL

I let her live in my house rent free while i am thousands of dollars in debt... i forgave her for narcing me out to my dad.... we had 2 abortions... this is how the fight started... i was literally scared to have sex with her... god not another abortion...

whenever she was let out of jail she came to my house and BROKE IN i found her hiding in the closet... she scaled the deck and the door was unlocked... and she had a ****ing restraining order in her hand from the cops to stay away from me!!!!!

I'm really just worried because she is hispanic and I dont think her papers are legit... this is the same girl i've been posting about forever... even after all she's done i dont want her deported... what else is there to do ? Hoq do I get them to drop the charges?

I am not familiar with US law but they took pictures for future use...you change your mind or she turn out to be killing psychopath.

She is in jail probably for dangerous behaviour. Cops have 48 hours to press charges. Meanwhile they locked her up to chill the b1tch out.They have to lock up dangerous people you know...she is dangerous to herself, she might attack more people or she could have kicked a cop while being arrested. Its up to cops and forensic psychiater to decide what to do with her.

Next time dont tell your girl she has tyts like your eighty year old aunt.lol

yeah that's exactly right...but if you don't testify against her the charges may be dropped...Not sure about all states but if you don't testify then they may still proceed on the testimony of the officer...Unless she has a record I can almost guarantee she won't get anything more than probation...
