your problem here centaurion is you're talking "weight" loss and we're talking "fat" loss.
fat loss does not require a true calories in < calories out type mentality... fat loss is more about timing and trying to keep insulin levels down. It's about helping your body absorb and create as little fat as possible, while maintaining the ability to burn fat for energy. It's about gaining muscle while losing fat. I think that low intensity cardio while eating a massive diet will keep you lean while putting on mass, and low intensity cardio with reduced/timed carbs and controlled eating (close to maintainance calories!) will strip off bodyfat while preserving, or slowly gaining muscle.
