timmylivingalie, although Im not quite as mature as Tictac, I agree with him. I have stated this here before - the more I age/mature/develop/get older, the MORE females I have interested in me.

I look ok and look after myself pretty well, but I have noticed an increase in:

- younger women who show IL in me eg 18 - 23 years of age

- mothers (attached or not) who show high IL (not saying I do anything about that, just saying...)

- and (quite normal I suppose), separated/divorced women of ALL ages

The point I am trying to make is this - I really believe that age can be a blessing or a curse. Yes I have less hair, my eyes arent as good in low light, and old injuries nag ,me.

But overall it is a POSITIVE thing, at least for me.

BTW case in point (this is the first time Ive posted about an actual potential hookup), last week I spoke to a 20 year old Italian girl. At the beach. She had a small bikini on. I cold approached her and asked where her accent was from.

45 minutes later we were still talking. Well lets say it was a good experience

One last note. If you are getting IL and a lot of flirting, I would do a check and make sure they arent simply AW's. We ALL know they are a pain in the a**.

If it wasn't for feminism a lot more older guys would be getting together with younger women in the western world. It used to be a lot more common, probably around 70 years ago. If you look at the health and fitness of most 18 year old males and compare it with a male in the older age bracket who has worked out all his life, screw the evolutionary bs, for shagging, the fit guy with game would be more attractive. I appreciate the input, but I'm still very skeptical of this one.

Send those 45 yo guys into a club to meet girls and see how they do relative to the young 18+ guys.

This has absolutely nothing to do with club game. Most guys in that age group hang around that environment, most are pretty unsuccessful. An 18 year old male does not hold the same pulling power as an 18 year old female, women have the world at their feet at this age. Too many people are buying into this equality nonesense. The percentage of 18 year old males who have their **** together compared to 45 year olds would be pretty small. The older guy would win on resources he could offer and very often physically. The vast majority of males at that age do not have their act together in terms of training at the gym. Most men who are dedicated at going to the gym are often in extremely good physical shape later on as there are fewer temptations.

LOL no it's not a "myth." And science isn't "feminism oriented" or oriented toward any political ideology. And if it is, it's not science.

Fact is that studies have shown that men over 40 have slightly increased odds of fathering children with abnormalities. It's not a big deal, but it's certainly not a myth. Men are definitely not subjected to the genetic problems that women have as they age, because all of a woman's ova are already formed when the woman is born, so if the woman is 40 when she gives birth, that ovum is 40 years old. Whereas men produce new sperm every day.

Older men should not be concerned about it, but it is something to think about.

The comment you responded to in a silly way was a silly comment as well. The genetic issues men face as they age are far overshadowed by their increased socioeconomic status. Whereas women's aren't.

No doubt, there are some very handsome and built mature men, but it's a different kind of look.

The resource card might work better on say a 27 yo who could appreciate it.

yes and no, the older a guy get it can be more difficult for him to preg a woman but it won't raise chances to genetic defects like you say, it will raise a little margin of the chances but by far it will not make much diference if you base the mother age. a woman mostly stop to be preg around the 40-50, a dude can in any age as long he can bang her.

IIRC, the study said that most women found the 45 year old guy as attractive as the 18 year old. Not that 18 year old girls found the 45 year old guy as attractive. Although an 18 year old girl is more likely to be drooling over some 22 year old dude than another 18 year old. Most of the guys on Jersey Shore were in their mid to late 20s when that show started.

Are you really going after 18 year old girls? Hey, more power to you if you are. I mean I like younger girls, and I think the taboo on younger girls is mostly social conditioning BS, but 18 sounds a little young even for me. Girls that age are pretty immature. I don't think there's anything creepy/wrong with it though.

The appeal of older guys isn't all the resource card either, although that doesn't hurt. As you say, it's a different look. Older guys are generally going to have a more mature/masculine/manly look to them than an 18 year old. He may look a little more weathered, which makes him look more rough and edgy - look at Clint Eastwood, who was in his 30s when he started making movies.

Also, a guy's body isn't as subject to gravity as a woman's. You have to remember that what we are attracted to and what women are attracted to are often different or even opposite. Men are attracted to young, fertile women. A man who is a protector and provider, a guy who can be a leader, knows what to do in any situation, knows how to get things done, and ensure the survival of any offspring is often the older man. And I'm not talking about "beta providers" either.

eh? I'm not sure what you're really trying to say there. Cougars are simply women who are old enough that they are super easy.

Young men with few resources (and hence low mating desirability) are hooking up with older women (who, due to their age have low mating desirability). No "myth" there. Women get extremely horny right before menopause (much like female marijuana plants flower like crazy right before they start to die). Guys are extremely horny when they're young.

It's a great pairing. When I was younger I banged out a ton of older women. They were incredibly easy and horny. Don't see the problem there.
