Getting numbers of chix at work (Supermarkets)

Ok,

So I work part time as a Checkout Supervisor at a local supermarket. Its constantly swamped with hotties!

Questions do you think its ethical to ask for phone numbers from girls as they are passing by? I talk to quite a few of them and soemtimes the odd one clicks and we get along fine

I seem to think its a little weird asking for numbers from girls at work...

Opinions?

Does anyone regularly get numbers from girls at work?

I work at a department store and I ocassionally get numbers. I talk to them for a bit first bc I have to ring them up and sometimes I ask for their numbers. I rarely ask them though bc it's work and it's not really professional to do that but if we really click then I do. I wouldn't do it if they were just passing by. I gurantee you that wouldn't work. It would just annoy them and they might tell a manager.

yeah thats what im affraid will happen... eventhough my manager and I are pretty chummy I'd like to keep some sense of professionalism while conducting my job
