Getting lack of IOI's

I have a problem. I have heard that before you approach a women, you should look for things that would indicate that they are interested (like looking my way to where I should accidently see them looking at me, or even when I look their way they usually don't glance in my direction, I have trouble locking glances with women, also for example a couple of time attractive women have came up to my friend who they know but they wouldn't introduce them selves to me).

I have read that if a woman is interested in you then she will display the signals before you approach and these signal should be there. I am not sure what is causing me not to get these. I mean I am 6'3", I have picture on my profile, so I am not a bad looking guy, I dress nice (mainly express), walk upright with my head up. So what gives? Can anyone help me out here?

ok... I guess that about sums it up. that makes sense, i guess that when you try to look for indicators of interest then you are just looking for appoval from the woman.

I guess it is about time to get a refund for conversation king. that is where I read about the idea in the first place.

Problem is,as mentioned already,that you are too passive.You should do the first stare,you should approach,and you should introduce yourself to them.Always think as a hunter.
