A lot of guys are training right, eating right and sleeping right, but a lot of guys never get big and ripped at all. On the other hand, some guys just fool around and get good results. These 2 solutions are the only answer for that.
Like Just a Shot Away says, there is still a lot mystery to training. My dad wasn't eating, sleeping and training ''right'' at all. Far from it. Still he easily improves his strength and size when he wants to. That goes against anything I have learned and I'm not capable of doing that myself. It's mind blowing, frustrating and mysterious. He hates supplements and steroids, that can't be it.
I guess some guys have it, other guys don't.
