Interesting point. The Euros are expanding very very fast in the NBA at least.

There are 2 solutions:

1 Steroids
2 Genetics

A lot of guys are training right, eating right and sleeping right, but a lot of guys never get big and ripped at all. On the other hand, some guys just fool around and get good results. These 2 solutions are the only answer for that.

Like Just a Shot Away says, there is still a lot mystery to training. My dad wasn't eating, sleeping and training ''right'' at all. Far from it. Still he easily improves his strength and size when he wants to. That goes against anything I have learned and I'm not capable of doing that myself. It's mind blowing, frustrating and mysterious. He hates supplements and steroids, that can't be it.

I guess some guys have it, other guys don't.

Wrong. Steroids are not a solution for you if you can't gain without them. They are meant to supplement,not carry.

FYI 95% of the people I've met and see in the gym I would honestly say don't train or eat right,but most get more than enough sleep.

Thanks for posting this work out thread. I adopted the push up/sit up work out at night when im at home. So i go to the gym during the day and do the push up/sit up work out and let me tell you. I can do 200 push ups.

The human brain uses about 25% of all our glucose (our fuel). I'd imagine the only viable explanation might be that they don't use their brains which might explain the hyperthrophy under low low calorie intake and why they ended up where they are.

Haha, interesting theory Adenosine Triphosphate. Or maybe natural hormones kick in that make muscle building easier and more evolutionarily useful due to the carnal kill-or-be-killed environment in which the inmates live. Nothing like the daily threat of getting cornholed or shanked to make your body direct its energy to prevent such actions.
