Horrible idea.

"Never use two condoms at once. This more is likely to lead to breakage because of rubber rubbing against rubber."
http://www.aidsmap.com/en/docs/A3A8AC7F-76A2-4632-9015-9AD643811C60.asp

"However, there is a common misconception that if a male uses two condoms at once pregnancy and STDs will be prevented better than if just one is used <laugh from me>. This not a good idea as the friction may result in one or both of the condoms tearing."
http://www.anchorweb.org/Opinion/021704/condom.html

Just 2 of the hundreds of government, medical, and expert sites which say using 2 at once isn't a wise decision...

I've never heard that the condoms from a Public Health Center are prone to breakage. That's a bunch of bullsh*t.

Public Health Center condoms are fine...
I never claimed that they are any more likely to break than any other condom you purchase or recieve through any other means, anywhere. However, in my own personal experience I've had 4 condoms from the health unit tear on me, out of perhaps 10 times using them (over a 2 month period). 40% failure might not be the norm, or an average, but that number is far too high for me. Perhaps I just have bad luck, but it's irrelevant either way; I speak for myself when I say that I won't use the condoms they provide ever again - even if my reasoning is based on 'a bunch of bullsh*t'.

My problem is I have a slight latex allergy and a severe nonoxynol 9 allergy. I can only wear rubbers with no spermicide. After Im done, I gotta take the rubber right off and scrub my stuff with soap and water.
I think it was CVS or Genovese or one of those regular drug stores. It was about a year ago.

'Eeek' on the allergy. That does NOT sound like fun. Have you tried the polyurethane condoms?

for the health dept:
they give away free condoms yes.
they are nothing special , but are regular latex and free.
they are just like any in the stores.
certain condom companies get deals with certain health departments to have their brand there.
* just like hospitals use certain diapers, formula, bandaides etc...
they must be up to code or they wouldnt be allowed to use them.
health dept.s are ran by the state that inspects places like that more than a regular drs office.

for the guy who is allergic to latex:
you could look for whats called lambskin , which has no latex, but i am sure the price is going to be outrageous.
however you have no other choice..

lambskin does not protect you from certain STDs as well. I believe that there are some newer, higher tech options.

Non-latex condoms for those with latex allergies/sensitivities...

Polyurethane is so strong that it can be much thinner than latex and still be just as reliable. Polyurethane also transmits body heat, unlike latex, which makes condom wearing more pleasurable. When used correctly, these condoms are an effective measure against pregnancy, AIDS and other STDs.

Lambskin condoms are made from a natural membrane that feels completely different from latex and have their own special sensitivity. It is important to know that natural membrane condoms will not prevent the transmission of AIDS or other sexually transmitted diseases. They do reliably protect against pregnancy.

I've used non-latex Durex ones...

You can't find non-latex condoms with that prize.
They are way more expensive.

But not THAT expensive anyways...

Those condoms are just weird. Damn unbending.

The thing about Polyurethane is that it often comes with a warning that there weren't enough tests done to conclude that the material can prevent all viruses from entering or existing the condom.

That's true. But it is fairly reliable.
There would have been known cases then. That is just speculation.

Like in theory, you could get HIV in oral sex, but there isn't any cases that prove it that it has happened to someone.

I'd say that polyurethane is safe if used right. You shouldn't **** crack wh0res anyways ;)

You never can be too sure of anything. Always keep that in mind before sexing up any woman.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.
