Hi.
I am currently a junior at high school
I have 10 pound dumbbells in my house and i've been working out (not intensively though).
Sometimes I would lift them and my muscles would be sore the next morning.
Is it better to exercise moderately regularly or to have a huge workout? If I weigh 130 pounds, how much protein / anything else should I eat to get muscle growth?
