So, you feel like a worthless wussy that's afraid of the world and prefers to hide under the bed rather than facing confrontations? I have a guide for you right here. A how to, which works for me great. If you follow it, it should work for you too.
You see, after reading and implementing some of the body building secrets, I've discovered (for myself) that moods and feelings and attitudes are controlled by chemicals inside your brain, smells, feromones, hormones, even sounds. This discovery is nothing new, it apperantely is well known in the body building community. So here is what to do to become a man.
1) Minimize estrogens.
2) Work out.
3) Diet.
In more detail, #1, minimizing estrogens.
This is a simple 3 step program that everybody can do.
Step 1, do not drink facet water (even if it's filtered). People pee, some people take hormones, and those hormones do not get cleaned out of water before it is served back to you. This is a today's reality, you must drink only botteled water.
Step 2, do not reuse plastic bottles. Plastics, any plastics, such as the keyboard you are typing on and plastic bottles, contain estrogen releasing chemicals. When ingested, these chemicals cause your body to produce estrogen, thus making you develop tits, and become a wussy. Do not reuse plastic bottles. You drank water out of new bottle, toss it.
Step 3, get Testo-Rex. Testo-Rex (on eBay) is a coctail of natural ingredients that tells your body to not produce estrogen, leaving you with testosterone only. From what I read, estrogen reducers are much better than "testosterone adders", because of you use the latter, your body will decrease its production of testosterone, thus sabotaging you. DO GET TESTO REX, it's good for you.
#2, working out.
Many ways to go here. The suggested way is to do full body workout every other day, 3 times a week. I use 45 minute fat burning workout by Fitness Made Simple, www.fitnessmadesimple.com .... It's 45 minutes for the pros, for me it's 2 hours. I do increase weights.... This workout is done at home and all I need is bench and weights.... Any workout with weights will do.
You want to work out because your body will produce more testosterone when you work out.
1 hour after work out you should ejaculate.
This will increase your killer cell count, thus making recovery time smaller. I suggest you get a good porno and look forward to this time while you working out, because when men think about sex testosterone levels go up.
Also, control your selves. Don't jerk off or bang the girlfriend 3 times a day. :nono: Moderate sexual activity.
#3, diet
Your diet, is the reason why you are a wuss. Fat make you produce estrogen. Foods now come with hormones in them. You must minimize estrogens in foods. It's hard, you I can't explain it in here, so you can do more research on your own. However, what you can do is read labels, your foods should contain a good fat/protein ration. There should be less fat and more protein, that is for example, 20g of protein, and 5 grams of fat, that's good. Tuna is good, eat tuna. Go to eBay, type in centrum performance, and buy two 120 pill bottles for $15 shipped to your door, it will last you half a year, will give your energy, and will balance your body out. Do it.
Becoming more agressive will help you in your life. So if you have problems with women, can't get over your fears, the above is your way out. Remember, what you feel and do is in your head, your head is controlled by chemicals, and chemicals are controlled by hormones. Get rid of pvssy hormone and you will grow balls.
