Gaining Weight Is Hard Stuff

Ive never really been a skinny guy, but here are my 2 cents on gaining weight:

Dont be preoccupied with "gaining weight" your goal should be to be able to increase your lifts. If you keep on increasing your lifts (and dont expect too fast increases) you WILL gain (muscle)weight. When I started working out I always thought I was hardly getting more muscular if at all and didnt really seem to gain weight etc. but I thought to myself as my lifts are increasing I must be doing something right...and I did...most ppl just expect to gain muscle mass way too fast, so better work on increasing your lifts and dont step on a scale more often than every few months.
