These people are stuck in the bullsh1t of bodybuilding, forgetting about the oldschool methods and simple ways to gain muscle.

Actually the old school that you are referring to, ie Pumping Iron 60s,70s. Was purely on form, effort. Strength always came last. Listen to anything coming out of Arnolds mouth. He never focused on lifting heavy. Watch how he lifted,he never lifted heavy, always pure form and reps. Actions speak louder then words. (also disregard anything you don't see him do on tape- I don't care what articles say he did cause every article and program in magazines I see go entirely against what he did on any documentary or 'docudrama' as he calls them)

Someone says they eat alot, chances are they don't even understand the meaning of eating alot, I'm talking 10000+ calories with plenty of FAT (saturated baby), carbs and Protein.

If your eating that many calories a day I can promise you that at least 1/2 of it is crap. Not fresh and raw foods.

Now I eat much less than that, yet I still make significant gains, which makes me find it hard to believe people's claims of it only being possible to gain 1lb a month, when they then go on to tell me I'm not "allowed" to squat 3 times a week.

Have you ever squatted to the point where you can't walk following your last two or last set? How about leg extensions until you can't even stand up straight? IF you were lifting this hard weekly or bi weekly you would know that there is no way the muscles can heal fast enough regardless of the protein intake quality or quantity.

Listen to me closely, I want to hammer this message home into your ignorant narrow minded head. I don't give a sh1t about Arnie or Pumping Iron. I don't give a sh1t whether or not you "promise me" i am eating a load of crap if i were to eat over 10000 calories a day. I don't give a sh1t that you think it's impossible to squat 3 times a week. You know why I don't give a sh1t? Because you have obviously never tried to do any of these in your life. You've never looked to a source other than your Idol Arnie and other mainstream bodybuilders. You've never tried eating sh1t loads of food and deciding for yourself whether its possible or not to eat 10000 calories heathily, for you fear gaining a tiny bit of fat and losing your "6 pack" or "veiny look". You've never tried squatting 3 times a week, with good form and high intensity. How the fvck then can you claim to know more than me about this, when I am the one here actually living this lifestyle and making more strength and muscle gains than you would even dream of, in short periods of time.

This path has been trodden millions of times before by Oldschool powerlifters (Not Arnie, who gives a sh1t about Arnie), and you are claiming to know more than them and daring to prove them wrong? By all means, be my guest to continue making a fool of yourself.

Actually if you read my post I always advise people to find someone's whos physique they admire in the gym. Ask them for advice. If you don't have to it, you can't teach it.

You've never tried eating sh1t loads of food and deciding for yourself whether its possible or not to eat 10000 calories heathily, for you fear gaining a tiny bit of fat and losing your "6 pack" or "veiny look".

Let me put this in perspective.

10k calories of strawberries is over 60 cups of strawberries or just shy of 30lbs of strawberries. 10k of tuna is 30 average sized cans of tuna. I promise you aren't eating that a day. I know this and know that tracking calories is a waste of time. Eat clean and at the right times and the body will run like an Italian sports car.

You've never tried squatting 3 times a week, with good form and high intensity. How the fvck then can you claim to know more than me about this, when I am the one here actually living this lifestyle and making more strength and muscle gains than you would even dream of, in short periods of time.

Again. IF you have as much muscle as you claim. Post a pic. I'm sure everyone here would like to know that they have credible sources behind the post they read.

By the way, perhaps you should actually read up on people before you run your mouth. Franco used to power lift and was one of the strongest men in the world.
