Gain Fitness in 2 Week ?

Any trainers/gym experts think it's possible ?

I used to play soccer hard core but I got injured and stopped playing for a year. I started playing indoor pick up on Mondays and Fridays but today my friend asked me to play in his up coming tournament on the 16 of February.

I have just been using my skill and wit for my indoor games , but I want to push myself to play at my optimal level again & i think this tournament is a good starting point.
Willing to do the hard work by the way.
Ideas ?

I'm not an expert or personal trainer but I have been exercising all my life.

One that works well for me and in my opinion is far better than running is Lane swimming.

I do that once a week for 30 - 45 minutes, really good for fitness, muscular endurance and fat burning. No stress for the joints. And your moving through an environment of more resistance than air. Your also using every muscle group in your body.

If you only have 2 weeks to get as fit as possible I would say Go Lane Swimming for 30 - 45 minutes 3 times a week both weeks for 6 times total (with rest days in between).

But swim properly, don't take breaks after every 5 lengths.
