At the end of the day, who really cares what it is scientifically possible to achieve?

I do think that it's possible if you are at the right point and have excellent genetics. For example if you are comin from a big lay off, or are just starting up...

There is an interesting thread on Wannabebig on the subject - http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=69605

What's the harm in shooting for it? Shoot for the sky and even if you miss, you'll achieve great results...

Back to the original post :) The main problems I see is you are not eating enough, that's not many calories and I do think you need to allow yourself to go over 10%.. You don't have to get fat, you can still clean bulk, but relax a touch on the body fat.. It sounds as if you are lean naturally so it should be easy to pull it back down to 10% later on, you've done it before.

Personally I also think that your routine is a little too much. You're not getting much rest, remember when you are bulking its important to lift heavy, briefly and then allow your muscles as much rest as possible.

Good luck!
