I don't really use pickup lines. Not my style and to me it just comes off as desperate.
My openings usually consist of "what's up"/"how's it going?" and then I'll start to talk about some current event or something interesting. From there, throw in a little kino, innuendo, C&F, and she's mine.

I don't know how it happens but the "best pick-up line" conversation comes up with nearly every female I have some interest in. This is good because you can say all the pick up lines you know and initiate some "kino" that might be involved in them.
Such as...
Stand next to a girl and say "Did you know that its the same distance from here (touch her shoulder nearest you) to here (touch the nape of her neck) as it is from here (touch the nape of her neck again) to here (grab her other shoulder and hold it as if you were just naturally putting your arm around a loved one).
The *******s one could work really well in this situation I think.
If I wrote the alphabet I'd put U and I together.
Are you from Tennessee? Cause you're the only Ten I See.
Are you a drummer? Cause your body is bangin'.
Do you know CPR? Cause you took my breath away.
