Last October I peaked, laying four girls in one month. I have 35 days before I leave for Boston to begin my new life; and I have been in a slump for a while now. I want to surpass my previous high and meet my collegiate experience at the top of my game

I will lay 5 attractive girls by August 26th. One of these girls will be a 9+

However, I am not in peak physical or mental form. To accomplish this goal I will need to noticeably improve myself in a short amount of time. This thread will serve two purposes: first, I will use it to document my work, failure, harder work, and eventual success; second, I will write intricate instructions so that you guys can duplicate my success.

My Current Mental State

My game is an eight out of 10. My personality is a nine out of 10. I have been studying seduction for four years, practicing for two. I have read the DJ Bible and the FastSeduction.com Fast Seduction 101 Player Guide in their entireties. I have met about 3,000 girls in the last two years, been on 50 dates (most of these are first dates at coffee shops and ice cream parlors), and had sex six times with six different girls. I can’t remember how many girls have given me head, probably close to 20. I am confident, charismatic, and charming as well as intelligent and adventurous.

Obviously, I need to gain sexual experience and live experience in general. However, I need to focus on the transition from fluff talk to rapport as well as the depth of the rapport building phase before transitioning to attraction.

My Current Physical State

My face is an 8.9 out of 10. My body however, is only a seven. Also, I cant breathe out of my right nostril because my nose is broken.

I need to gain muscle and lose fat, carry my weight better (shoulders back, chest out), get a tan, and do some general clean up. I am going in for nasal surgery on the 25th.

Surgery went well, the swelling is down and my nose is now perfectly straight. I spent a solid ten hours over the last few days improving my physical self… I have already lost 7 lbs… I am now a 9.1 face and a 7.4 body. Also I reviewed sections of the DJB and FS101PG regarding rapport building communication. My use of language and focus on feelings resulted in a hugely successful phone convo where SHE asked ME on a date for tomorrow. I will give myself an 8.3 game.

GUIDE TO PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT

Hair – Go to a barber or stylist you trust. Take their opinions seriously. If applicable, ask them not to use the electric trimmer and instead use their scissors. It blends much better and grows in more naturally. If hair loss runs in your family then use Rogaine and Propecia. Together they alleviate both causes of male pattern baldness. Side burns should be no longer than 2/3 the length of your ear.

Skin
-Get a tanning membership, its safer and less time consuming than laying out. Do not listen to the 17 y/o girl behind the counter, the lotions they provide are toxic and bad for you. Buy the re-useable eye ware. Start slow, it is better to be in too short than too long. Pick a time based on your skin tone (5 minutes if you are medium in color) to start. You will probably get red on your cheeks and chest about 6 hours after tanning, this is normal. The redness should last about 36 hours. As soon as you are tan, not red, tan again for slightly longer. If you are red longer than 36 hours or you feel excessively dry take an extra day off and reduce tanning length on your next visit.

-Moisturize! Lubriderm unscented for very dry skin is perfect… it goes on clear and evaporates in minutes, plus it doesn’t clog pours. Coat hands, face, and any dry spots once a day. This is very important while tanning. Also, purchase Blistex to soften your lips. Girls notice, believe me :)

-If you have acne then I strongly suggest Acutane. It clears up even the worst cases in four months. I had moderate breakouts for three years but within one month I was completely clear. Also, Neutragina 2% benzol peroxide and 2% acillic acid products, specifically the washes you use in the shower, are very effective as well.

-Please, stay clean. Buy a large bottle of witch hazel and splash it on your hands and face after you shower. The alcohol deep cleans pours and kills the bacteria you collect during the day.

Eyebrows – Pluck them. Use pointed tweezers to remove the stray hairs on the bridge of your nose and around the edge of the natural shape of your brow

Teeth – Electric brushes really do work better. Remember to floss every now and again. Listerine works wonders. If your teeth are discolored then use Chrest over night treatments, they work very well.

Body Hair – Buy an electric razor. The thicker your hair naturally grows in, the longer you should leave it. If your hair is very thin then trim it almost completely… small patches of fine, long hair are extremely unattractive

Nails – Clip your nails so that there is between 1/16 and 1/8 of an inch of dead white at the end of the pink living nail. File them dull and slightly rounded.

Physique
-Diet six days a week. Fruit and a Slim Fast shake for breakfast, turkey/chicken/tuna and a protein shake for lunch, large salad and anything else healthy for dinner. Drink at least a gallon of water on top of other fluids. On the day off, satisfy your cravings and take a natural fiber laxative after every meal.

-Exercise five days a week.
--Day 1
Row/Swim/FullBodyCardio for 20 minutes. Start slow, warm up, and sprint for the last minute
Stretch your entire body for 20 minutes. Don’t slack off, this is very important.
Bench Press 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Flat, Incline, and Decline Doumbbell Press 1 set each of 8 reps
Dumbbell Fly 2 sets of 8,4 reps
Forearm Extensions 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Forearm Curls 5 sets of 8-4 reps
--Day2
Row/Swim/FullBodyCardio for 20 minutes.
Stretch your entire body for 20 minutes.
Squat 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Leg Curl 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Toes Straigh, In, and Out Calf Press 2 sets each 8,4 reps
Calf Raise 1 set till failure (it’s a bodyweight exercise that works the front of your lower leg)
--Day3
Row/Swim/FullBodyCardio for 20 minutes.
Stretch your entire body for 20 minutes.
DB Curl 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Tricep press 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Weighted Decline Situps 5 sets 8-4 reps (use smaller weights and hold them behind head)
Weighted Decline Crossover Situps 1 set each (R elbow L knee, weight held in behind head)
Leg lifts 1 set till failure (bodyweight exercise)
--Day4
Row/Swim/FullBodyCardio for 20 minutes.
Stretch your entire body for 20 minutes.
Deadlift 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Lat Pull 5 sets of 8-4 reps
--Day5
Row/Swim/FullBodyCardio for 20 minutes.
Stretch your entire body for 20 minutes.
Military Press 5 sets of 8-4 reps
Shrug 5 sets of 8-4 reps

This is good....but you seem to change your mind often and dont carry on with things....remember that 1000 approaches thing you were doing and then you quit because supposedly didnt want women to become your main interest or something along those lines....if you would have carried on to at least 700 youd deffintly be at the top of your game by now....not to mention that you were posting pretty good stuff.

also, you met 3000 women, dated 50 and only had sex 6 times with 6 different girls? that means that you dated 1 out of 60 and you ****ed 1 out of 500....I respect that you try and all, but that is a very low success rate and from reading about some of your approaches on the 1000 thread, your success rate should be a lot higher....if i were you i wouldnt concentrate soo much on your approaching techniques cause you seem to have those down, i would deffintly work on closing, and if your goal is to get laid, work on taking them home the same night as a ONS.

Undesputable - I HAVE NOT MADE 3000 APPROACHES!!! I have not made 3000 #closes! My couting system is freekish to most...

Lets say there is a set of 4 girls at a bar. Three are ****able. I order my drink and one of them makes eyecontact. I smile and say hi, inroduce myself, and deliver a C/F statement. She laughs, I ask a fluff talk open ended question. I make eyecontact with any othr girl in the group and smile. I introduce myself to all the other girls, and then ask the original girl to elaborate on her answer to my open ended question.

This counts as meeting 3 girls.

Lets say I walk into a department store and see a cute girl working as I shop. I ask her opinion on something, ask her to compare the original topic to something else. I thank her and ask general style questions.

This counts as meeting 1 girl.

Lets say I sit down in a lecture and a cute girl sits next to me. I shoot a funny comment while the teach is talking and goade her into a flirty convo.

This counts as meeting 1 girl.

Basically... the number 3,000 includes any hot girl I have interacted with over the last two years that I could recognize if I saw her again. "Heyyy you work at Express!///Hi, did you have economics with Mr Kim last semester?"

I have made about 700 true cold approaches (counting each set as 1 appch) over the last two years. I have # or *Closed on about 250 of those cold approaches for about 150 phone numbers. Those phone numbers (1/4 of which I did not call, 1/2 of which did not answer) resulted in about 50 dates, 20 or so incedents of oral sex, and 6 actual lays.

Sorry the original numbers were so ambiguous.
