From Chump to Champ

Hey guys, this is my first post. This isn't a tip or anything, just a little thread I'm starting to keep my ass in check. I'm gonna prove whether it's possible to go from mega-loser to super-pimp-or not.



OK, enough of that...a little bit about me. When it comes to girls...I suck. I have NO game and I'm not a Brad Pitt lookalike. Or tall. Or rich. I'm not the best dresser and I don't have a ton of experience. What I AM going to have from here on out is EFFORT. You know the debates on looks vs personality? Well I'm going to settle the issue here once and for all. I'm going to tell it like it is. Is it possible to go from chump to champ? We're gonna find out....

Day 1 (yesterday)
Approach 1: Two girls, HB6 and HB4 (if 5 is avg and 10 is a model, this is about right). Talked for a few minutes and rejected me in a not nice way. Oh well I wasn't interested in them anyway.

Approach 2: HB6-7
Talked for 30 seconds and got phone number. Will call later this week.

Day 2
Approach 3: HB7.5
I knew this girl from class. It was awkward, and I was going to eject but she kept talking as I was turning away. So I got the number anyway. No need to call unless I find out about a party after class.

That's it for now. If anyone has anything to say, especially if it'll help me to stop thinking about this girl, don't hesitate to post. I'm in bad need of it.

hey bro you said all your problems. your not tall your not good looking and you dont dress well. The key to getting chicks is right in front of you. Get some new threads. Do the opposite of what you are now. When you think about something just be like what would I have done before and do the opposite.

nj, I read it and I see your point. However, confidence is a cycle that I'm trying to break into. FTOW will hopefully get rid of my other little problem.

seul, I plan on shopping for a new wardrobe this week. Doing the opposite works (esp if ur George Costanza ) if ur timid, but I'm not. I just don't care anymore.

With that said, onto Day 3:

Approach 4: HB4, didn't close because I wasn't attracted to her, but still talked.

Approach 5: HB9, I only approached her because she was the last girl I would see before going home. She didn't laugh at my little joke and was not responsive. Had I closed, I would have been rejected. Should've done it for fun anyway.

I'm very disappointed that I did not close any girls today. I shouldn't give a ****, but I'm starting to. I definitely need to take some risks tomorrow.

Approach 6: HB6.5; hung out with for 1 1/2 hours and asked her out for later in the week and was given some bs excuse. Oh well, at least I didn't puss out.

I think what you're doing is awesome. Keep it up. I think you'll find that it's not a matter of "handsome and ugly" because it is all in the eye of the beholder. What I think you'll find out, and hopefully THESE guys will find out eventually, is that it's all about how comfortable you are with yourself. Figure out any hang ups you have with yourself, iron them out out, and go out there and have a good time. Some guys are going to like you, and not me, some are going to like me, and not you; some are going to like you and not Brad Pitt (contrary to popular belief). The key is to weed through the 'not interested' until you've found a match.
