Hey guys, wuts ur opinion on going out with a freshman girl if ur a senior. She's gotta b mad hot right? Well there is a girl who I know now who goes to an allgirls school and she always talks to me online and sms n **** and she's cool as hell. She drinks and parties and everything but the downside is she is 15 yrs old. I'm 18. She acts madd mature tho for a 15 yr old and she is hot. so is it worth it or should I wait like another yr until she's legal. Btw she's always like lets go here and takeee me with youuuu and she always wants rides and wants me to pick her up at parties when she's drunk but I don't caus I'm tryin to play it off like I don't care. So let me kno wat u guys think. I don't feel like wastin time on someone who isn't worth it.

There is nothing wrong with going out with a freshman. But ofcourse its not only that, there are different and new laws tht come in mind. So you are still taking a bit of risk. Also, it's not only illegal to have sexual intercourse with a minor (depending on the jurisdiction), it's also illegal to have sexual contacts with a minor. Otherwise, pedophiles could feel up little boys and get away with it.

There is a world of difference between, say, a 20 year old marrying a 36 year old, and a 13 year old dating a 29 year old. Both the 20 year old and the 36 year old are, at least in the eyes of the law, mature and responsible adults. The 13 year old (or the 16 year old, even) might not be mature and responsible.

Also, the "old days" you are refering to ended pretty much with the appearance of electricity, if not with urbanisation. That's... well, let's just say it was a long time ago.

You can't compare people over 25 to teenagers. The rule is half your age + 7.
