I am curious about managing frame dominance. Let's say a girl you've known for awhile calls you up, you talk for awhile (good conversation), and then you end the call.

Anyway, later you call her up. Toward the end of the conversation, she asks if you want to go running with her (with a group she's in). Now, I'm wondering if she offered this simply because I didn't ask her to do anything first. But the problem is - by accepting the offer, I am entering into her frame. Right? Is the best solution to counter-offer?

i always hear about 'rollo', who is he ? and where can i find his stuff ??

for your question i'll say that you can either counter offer or accept but putting your frame on it.
do something different than what she's doing usually.
for example, let's say they are running in the street, you can propose to run in the forest.

No, its not the simple. IMO controlling the frame truly is a state of mind and less so calculated decisions.

You REALLY do need to believe you are in control of yourself and the relationship and you will naturally control the frame and accepting an offer to do something fun certainly doesn't mean anything either way.

If you WANT to go running, then it would be foolish to reject her offer. That's not "dominating a frame", it's childish game-playing.

Once you have an offer, you take the offer (as long as it's what you want). You don't reject a good offer just for the sake of playing mind games.

Your frame is your mentality. It's not going to be shaken by accepting an invitation to go running.

Forget dominance framing. In this situation it is an opportunity to meet other women in your area with very low body fat. Your woman gives you an "in" into the group and gives you instant acceptance with the other women in the group. Go running with the group and get friendly with the other female runners. :D
