congradulations on reaching another level.
Well I would like to add something to Shezz's FR but to be quite honest he's pretty much summed the night up.
It was a fairly dull night really, busy, noisy, we were'nt in the mood blah blah blah and overall it will go down as a failure, a rare failure but a failure nontheless.
However in a way more has come out of this failure than a standard, successfull night out. Sarging and life for that matter does'nt always turn out the way you had planned so what you need to do is learn by your defeats in order to improve and grow as a person.
Another key thing to remember is don't let failure dampen your spirits, turn it into a positive and look forward to your next night out!

The most glaring mistake I see in your approaches is that you go for number closes WAYYY to soon.
Mebbe its an English thing, but here in the states, you gotta get her juices flowing a little more before you get the digits. In most cases you gotta give her a rreason to want to talk to you the next day, otherwise you get lame responses like "i can't remember my number"

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE GENERAL CONSENSUS -
GOOD DANCER? YOU'LL PICK UP GIRLS FOR SURE.
this is actually an excuse from AFCs. I can't dance, therefor i can't pick up at a club.
I am VERY successful at club pick ups. I am just as uncomfortable dancing as the rest of you.
the best way to pick up at a club is approach a girl/set of girls near the bar, or sitting somewhere (just go and sit with them and start talking 80% are up for a chat, 20% are lesbians) when you want isolation "lets go dance" and when they come, take there hand, walk as though you're the only 2 people in the club, cutting straight through wherever you want. grab her close, face to face, now you don't even need to dance, its more just, look into her eyes "MAVEC" and kiss her.
she came to dance for a reason.
you need talk no longer then 10 minutes to get that dance.
if she brings friends with her, attempt to isolate on the dancefloor, if that doesn't happen, bail.
