FR: Decent night at bar

So I went out last nite to a party for my friends gf sorority. Lots of women, about half were good. I was talking to alot of girls throughout the nite but in the end only ended up with 1 number and hook up. Couple things I'd like advice on how to follow up.

1. I saw one girl who I met at a BBQ last week and got the number. I called her earlier this week but when she answered she was crying (probably some guy problems) and she said she would call me back but never did. She was friendly at the bar, so should I try callin it out again in a few days?

2. The girl who is president of this sorority was in one of my classes this term and she sent me alot of IOIs last night, but I'm not sure if she wants it. She insisted on buying me 2 drinks and kept telling me to meet up with her on the dance floor later in the night. Now I know this girl has a BF, but I also know i'm like brad pitt compared to him lookswise. Is it possible this girl was just being a good host since it was her party? She kept telling me after the drinks that she just wanted me to have a good time and get fuked up at any party she throws. I have her number from school and she told me to call her about a class if I need notes next year. I'm thinking of just calling and askin her to come out, should I?

I know this isn't much of a FR, more of an advice thread, but I could use some for these two situations. What should I say when I call up the chick from my class. I wasn't sure if she was just being very friendly because she knew me or if she wants it.

Yes, you should try again with the first girl, and yes, you should call the second girl...as long as you're not friends with her bf or anything.

Proceed with the second girl as if she didn't have a bf...try to get her to some parties with you, as she seems to be comfortable in that environment. But don't expect her to be LTR material...
