What are good forearms exercices?

I have no dumbells home either, only barbells.

I've trained my biceps/triceps and they have got bigger, but my forearms are still that damn skinny, and it looks weird.

thx..

For starters if your really looking to make some long term progress it would be necessary to get a gym membership unless your home gym is equipped.

A lot of people fall into the bad habit of trying to get x isolated part bigger when they should be concentrating on making the body grow as a unit. Ponder this great quote not excatly sure who said it first so i'll give credit (iron addict, dc and Stuart McRobert since they all stress this concept)

"What if, instead of doing so much you never grow, those 3-4 exercises per body-part to ensure “complete development” of all “aspects” of a muscle. What if all you did was:

Squats 400 x 20
Stiff-legged deadlifts 375 x 15
Bench Press 315 x 12
Pull-Up with 100 lbs extra weight x 12
Military Press Body-Weight x 10
Calf-Raise 700 x 15
Weighted Sit-Up 175 x 12

How much bigger would you be than you are now, and what muscle would be under-developed?!?!?!?!?!?"

Had to get that out first so i don't feel like i'm robbing you by just throwing some acessory forearm exercises at you.

and also look to buy one of these and work your way up

I don't think I know any forearm workouts without weights...
You can try doing pushups with your fingers. That doesn't really work for me, but I guess it won't hurt to try. I like using weights and tie it to a string and spin it up with my handsand then lowering it down by spinning in reverse. I think it works really really good. To me at least.

Pullups! Do a search. Squeeze the bejeezus out of the bar when you do them and your forearms will explode.

how do you even your forearms? My left one is scrawny as hell and I want it to be bigger. My right forearm is awesome though because it is my throwing arm.

Forearm Training

That's the main section of articles relating to forearm training on the Bodybuilding.com site. I would recommend doing a lot of grip work too. It may just add more 'dimension' to your forearms.

I assumed people were a little bit more mature than that, especially when I said it was from pitching.

I guess I was wrong.

Thanks AdrenalynJunkee, I've done what they said on the site.

One thing though, I've done the bicep exercice perfectly fine.. The first day my bicep was totally fine

But yesterday and today it hurts when I move it or when I try to get something that is far range.

Is that a good thing?
I didn't really stretch my bicep before doing it cause I have no cle how to stretch a bicep, that might be the problem..

But when a part of your body is hurting, is it a bad thing or a good thing?

It's most likely your muscles just being extremely tight and sore. It's not bad, but it's not a GREAT sign either. It's sort of just, there. As for the stretching, I've got another link for you. Again, this is from BB.com.
