Yeah it's always a risk being too direct. Even sluts pick up on being subtle and using pretexts. While I agree there's girls that won't have sex outside a relationship and I agree there's also bona fide sluts, most fall inbetween. Remember the same girl will play the good girl role with one guy and the slut role with another on the same day. Is she really a slut or a good girl? Who knows but if she's coming on to you she's hot for you.

Yeah so you should've went to the hotel under the pretext to have cheesecake (why be direct and set off her ASD?), then since you were tired anyway use that as a pretext for getting a room to relax since you have a long drive. I don't see how being direct would help.
