I'm just gonna be a sophmore, lol. We have some really fast seniors and a couple of fast juniors. Hell, last year this one guy got a track scholarship to Notre Dame (sprinting).

Backsquatting, I think I have the 7th highest backsquat out of the sophmores, the best one has a 295. Bench press I have the 6th highest out of the sophmores. And I'll admit that my 40 time isn't that great, but as I'm still a sophmore, I still have a lot of room for improvement. A year ago I could barely bench 75....and squat 125. I was weak, and didn't play much, but this time my coach has guarranteed me a starting spot, basically cause I show up at the weight room 5 days/week.

I can see where you're coming from though, most seniors and juniors can squat at least 315, and bench about 225 (then again, there are also a few weak ones). Hell, our best player can squat 500, bench 330, and power clean 295...he's black, lol.

Anways, how strong were you when you started your sophmore year? Cause I think I'm pretty strong compared to other sophmores. Or do we have a weak class?

Oh yeah, and I'll be on JV, not varsity next year i will be on V, but if I want to start I'll have to work really hard.

I go to a private 3A high school and most of our guys are a lot bigger, faster, and stronger then what your guys sound. Well, since we are a private school we have a few former NFL players as coaches, so that's a big advantage when it comes to training.

You guys have it easy if your just starting conditioning, we've had workouts since the first day of summer. 8:30 to 10:30 4 days a week. We'd lift weights then do conditioning afterwards.

Next week we have minicamp, which pretty much practice all day. We go to practice at 8 and get home at 5, we pretty much do a total review of the offense/defense(depending on which side you play) and then we scrimmage, condition, maybe even lift a little bit. This is for 3 days.

Then the week before school we have straight conditioning, I don't know how long practice is but it'll probably be crazy. It's all paying off though...

40 - Before 5.5 but now 5.3 ... I'm a lineman, so don't laugh :)
Bench - before 215 now 245
Rear Squat - before 295 now 340

The best advice there is is to LISTEN. Alwkays listen to your coaches and trust what they say. Question like 'what should I do, block or go on a route?' will all be answered by your coaches, they'll teach you how to block, who to block, where to run, how to catch, etc. Just take what you learn and practice your ass of until your get it right. Coaches love players with heart.

WOW! I took a look at the page and some of those numbers are amazing....For as big as some of those linemen are, they sure can move!

I think that if you are playing football just to get the girls, you shouldn't be playing at all, because that shows that you need something to pertain to to get the girls instead of getting them without the need or help of anything that you belong to or are with..... The true football players play to ****ing play and possibly take their talent to the next level, not for some b*tches,

Quit worrying about the girls, because if without Football you can still get the hottest girls, I know that from experience.

And from your stats, I can take on any of you dudes on the field on either side of ball! he he. and LEARN TO TAKE A HIT SON!!
