wow :|

buy stuff in bulk also;

dont be afraid to buy a more expensive (but larger) amount of food

it tends to be less per unit if you buy more units
(IE pound of sugar might be a dollar, 5 pounds of sugar might be 3.99. obviously cheaper per pound in the second example)

might spend more money for that moment, but the food will last much longer
make sure this is stuff that doesnt go bad though :D

I spend about $120.00 per week at Trader Joe's.

Salmon, Shrimp, Tuna, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Chicken, Fresh Fruits and Veggies, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Eggs, Salads, etc...

Non-processed, Clean, Organic foods.

Costs more, but the difference in the way you look and feel is well worth it.

Ramen noodles, pasta, bread, sugary sodas, processed foods, microwavable foods, etc.. will all make you slow and sluggish and will fog your mind.

Typical day is like this:

Breakfast:
4 Hard-Boiled eggs

Mid-Morning snack:
Protien shake

Lunch:
Cobb Salad

Mid-Afternoon snack:
Fresh Fruit

Dinner:
Salmon cooked on a George Foreman Grill.
Cauliflower and Broccoli mix steamed in the Microwave

Late-night snack:
Almonds

Cost:
About $15.00 for the whole day

Try eating like this for a week and you'll feel like a Million Bucks.

Also, consider investing in a Juicer and have some fresh fruit/vegetable juice in your daily diet.
