Going on my first lunch date in 6 months.

DJ Reminders I have for myself

1) Don't talk to much about yourself. Focus on her.
2) Kino.
3) Be myself.

Anymore guys? Give me more reminders please.

Edit***

A little background with this girl:

Met her at my doctor's office. She is a receptionist there. I visit my doctor once a month. I asked her out on the 6th month(which is now). Took me the 3rd visit to start a conversation and got to know her a little. She moved from Georgia 6 months ago. Has a friendly and bubbly personality.

Don't mention the second date.
Don't compliment too much.
Don't talk about a future together.
Don't say "I love you".
Don't bite her ear off.

Don't concern yourself with little sh!t. Relax and be engaged with her rather than thinking about all the stupid little pickup tips you've heard, and it'll go fine.

Big smiles and kino when you meet her
Funny or interesting story about something that just happened to you recently. Gets the ball rolling.
Keep the conversation light and fun.
No talk about relationships, past ex's, or future dates
Ask open ended questions.
Let her do most of the talking and look interested.
Lunch should be cheap so pay the bill. If she offers great but tell her you've got this one.
After the bill a little more convo but start looking for your out.
Be the one to end the date first
Don't linger when saying goodbye
End it with a simple smile and "It was good seeing you. Talk to you soon"
Be gone in a flash like you have someplace to be.

My plan for first dates is keep it simple, fun, and short. I like to act positive, interested, and like I'm genuinely enjoying her company. However I end the date quickly with no kino, no kiss and no mention of a future meeting. I want her to go from feeling like I was really interested to totally unsure. A pull-push if you will. Leave her feeling like it was an awesome date but she doesn't know if she'll see you again. I sometimes do this for the first 2 or 3 dates.

Some of the girls I've done this to in the past became gf's and told me that those first dates drove them crazy! They had no idea if I was interested or not. Also everyone of them raved about how great our first kiss was later on. They were literally dying for it.

At the end of the first date, I always tell a girl that "I love you" and just laugh. It works. Shows them I'm not the type of guy that would say that for real, and it gets them to playful hit me and stuff. Hasn't done me wrong yet.
