Ok, first of all, is it okay to call myself a recovering AFC or does that not make sense?

Let me being with: the date was utter ****. BUT! It was a success!

I picked this chick up off of online dating (which I will never do again unless she has SUPER clear photos). What was supposed to be an HB-8 turned out to be an HB-5 or 6. She was too thicc y'all, but the face was there.

Anyway, I am halfway through the Don Juan Bible and used it to drop my nice guy tendencies. This worked like a charm! Sadly, she was just a poor excuse for a woman. She kept bringing up ex's and how much sex she's had. She told me how she drinks every day and last week alone flashed her tits at two bars.

I would tell her verbally to get off her phone and ask her why she was talking about all these other guys? I stood up for myself and ended the date halfway through (which was when she started behaving this way).

So, you may be wondering... Makeo, how was this a success? Well, my fellow men, this was a success in my opinion because:
1. I did not suffer from one-idous. (Is that how it is spelled?)
2. I didn't take any **** and, IMO, passed all her **** tests. (She told me the French language is ugly and I speak fluent French. I passed by not giving her any emotions she was wanting to see).
3. I ended the date. I walked away. She wanted a kiss at the end and I refused it. I showed her that I am not like all the other guys. I AM THE PRIZE! She thought she could act that way and get away with it well, HELL NO!
4. I succeeded by not getting down on myself. I didn't go home and cry and think, "Well, that was the only one for me! Not gonna get another date anytime soon.
5. I have another date, one I met using the skills taught in the Don Juan Bible. She is easily an HB-8 and has these beautiful Amber eyes. Still, I refuse to have one-idous.

I'm sure you guys could see more ways that made this date a success. In my opinion, I should have ended the date sooner but I'm still learning.

Just want to finish off by saying I really appreciate this forum and will keep you guys updated on my next date.

Question: When is it alright to talk about yourself? And is it okay to drop little subtle things about yourself that will impress the girl?

Thanks!

Let her talk about her life, and she will, and let her try to figure you out in the first few dates… Respond when she asks about you, not much more than that. A completely open book is not a challenge to her…

I try to let them talk about themselves the majority of the time. Steer them in the direction you want the conversation to go, but let them do 60% of the talking. By the end of the date they need to know less about you than you do them. Helps keep some mystery and intrigue.

After you have seen enough OLD(online dating) pics and been out on enough dates you get really good at detecting all of the little tricks they use to make themselves look better than they really are. Always ask for a full body shot if they don't have one.

I don't understand why people purposely misspell words nowadays (e.g., rekt for wrecked; thicc for thick; yas for yes; guyz for guys). It annoys the h*ll out of me.
