First "date" is "xmas shopping"....good idea?

Alright, this applies to the chick that I made a thread about before called "should I even consider this chick?"...Anyways, I set this wedsday for us to hang out. My idea was to take her xmas shopping with me from one mall to another for my family and friends. I figured shes a chick and chicks like to shop. If you're thinking that all ill be doing is buying her **** the whole time, I DONT THINK SO hahaha cuz. She said she wasnt on planning on buying anything when shes with me and is there for the sole purpose of hanging out with me. I also figured that window shopping and just walking around the mall or whatever just sparks up great convo. We also planned on getting some hentai(japenese anime porn) cuz hell, shes into that stuff and I find it hilarious...Im gonna be applying alot of kino cuz shes already used to it, but I also thought id have my arm around her now and then...I didnt tell her that this was a date DATE cuz as Ive heard from alot of ppl, calling it "just hanging out" takes off alot of pressure from her and from me...

overall, what do you guys think? Shopping/window shopping a good idea??

Shes not my girl yet and it was my idea to take her xmas shopping with me. Ive hung out with her before and if you read the previous thread to this, she's "one of the guys"(nothing gay) and doesnt constantly ***** like normal chicks. Like I said before, im just using the environment of shopping(malls, stores, outlets etc), for some good conversation purposes.

In order words, bring those romantic feelings that she my have about you from her subconcious to her concious mind. Shopping with a chick isn't conducive to romance, it's conducive to friendship. Shopping is something she does with a buddies, not somebody she wants to suck and f*ck.

Here's why you should avoid the shopping excursion:

1) Her attention is going to be on selecting the perfect gift, instead of you.
2) You might end up buying her something. Remember what Pook said, "Gifts are rewards for good behavior, not for just merely gracing her with you presence."
3) She'll probably be taking order calls on her phone while shopping with you. More than likely from the calls she will be banging.
4) Shopping is a great way to "friend's zone."
5) She'll start using you as her "chauffer.

You need to have this girl in a sitution where "Rebound Material," is the center of attention and all of her focus is on "Rebound Material." Shopping for Christmas presents isn't going to make you the center of attention.

I thought the idea of a shoppingdate is kinda good, cause it´s a masked date. I tried it ones, but it turned out to be too long ( we went around for 5-6 hours) and that´s too long. I did run out of things to talk about ( even though talking about surroundings helped alot) and got tired. And now afterwards I also believe it´s not a very good idea from the start.
There is not really place for romance, and it´s hard to end the date with a kiss, or similar, cause your not sure that she has set in mind that it´s a date. I think she saw it as a date to begin with, but it´s easy that it ends with both of you thinking it was really no date. Since you need to trigger stuff up every date, I think it would be better to do something else.

Its definitely a good thing she told you she was going for the sole purpose of being with you. I like this sort of thing, but only after I know her.
